If you choose to be apart of our maintenance plan, we will charge the card on file monthly. It will come out the same day each month

What we do during your biannually visits
- During the cooling season, we clean the outdoor coils and the indoor coils if they are accessible. We also clean out the condensate drain. The refrigerant levels are checked, wire connections are inspected and tightened as necessary, cooling components are tested and inspected, all to ensure proper operation.
- During the heating season, we clean and inspect the heating components of the system. What is actually performed on the heating system depends on the type of system you have. All wiring connections are inspected and tightened as necessary, heating components are tested and inspected to ensure proper operation
Our memberships are transferrable, either to the buyer of your current home, or to your new home as long as we service your new homes area! We take pride in making sure our customers get the best service and remain happy after the job is done!
The cost for the maintenance plan is dependent on the total number of systems you have. You can do monthly automatic payments , or a year upfront. We do require customers to maintain their membership for a full year in order to receive their full benefits. If you have questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us!
